Regretfully, due to personal illness, Moya Brennan will not herself be able to join us. However, we look forward to a great evening of celebration with all of the wonderful musicians from our own Branch.
Proceedings will kick off at 7.30pm and so feel free to gather at the Branch from 7.15pm onwards.
The club is arranging a special evening of music (with special guest Moya Brennan) on the evening of Friday 9th February to celebrate the launch of Ann Trainor’s Sets, Solos and Snippets. This is a very special event for the Branch and marks the culmination of a huge body of work by Ann in putting together a book of tunes that will be of great benefit to Branch members for long into the future. The book also includes links to soundslice.com and youtube that we are confident will greatly assist students in the years ahead. We will have booklets for members for collection on the Friday nights in the run up to the launch. Click through to the graphic for full details.
